Pipeline Networks
We provide analyses and calculations of pipeline networks according to EN 13480 3, ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3 standards. Analyses of piping network with RFEM programme can be done in interaction with support steel structure. Due to consideration of the supporting structure flexibility in interaction with piping systems results in realistic piping design. We are also experienced in calculations of large-size pipelines with various shapes for example flue gas duct, etc. These kind of pipelines must by analysed by shell models according to Eurocodes.
Pipeline network services range
Pipeline and support structure interaction analysis
We perform analyses of piping network in interaction with support steel structure. Due to consideration of the supporting structure, flexibility in interaction with piping systems results in realistic piping design. This approach allows real analyses of seismic resistance of structures, or detailed harmonic dynamical analyses such as compressors and motors vibrations, etc.
Analyses of large-size pipelines
Structural stress analyses of large-size pipelines require a specific approach of creation of the computational model, but the most important is assessment of strength and stability resistance structure. It is necessary to perform precise analysis of the structure by shell elements according to Eurocode standards.
Analyses of corrosion and failures of pipelines
The service life of process pipelines are influenced by several degradation mechanisms e.g. corrosion, cavitation, erosion, and in the case of buried pipelines cathodic protection is very important. Our team is qualified for evaluation of measurement from sophisticated NDT method and structural analysis of pipelines.
Analyses of construction detail of pipeline
We perform calculations and structural stress assessments, including optimization for operating loads of pipeline construction detail, such as flanges, reducers, tees, etc. We provide consultancy services of pipeline defect analyses and also we offer support in the area of FEM analyses.
